The initial consultation is a one-time flat fee of $100, due at the time of booking. This includes the on-site assessment and the planning required to determine the most appropriate maintenance approach for your property.

Ongoing routine maintenance for new clients is billed at $60 per person, per hour, with crew size and visit frequency tailored to your space.
